French at GWPS
At  GWPS, students receive half an hour of French  in KS1 and one hour of French in KS2 once a week as a third language following the British National Curriculum of England.

French in our school is organised under the four language skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing.Activities cover all theses language skills with students being taught in mixed ability groups.

We help the students to understand the class room commands, a range of familiar statements and questions (for example, everyday classroom language and instructions for setting tasks). We also help the students to understand short passages, to talk about themselves, their families, their habits, their hobbies, where they live.

We improve language skills by teaching using the medium of poems, stories, songs, games. They learn how to make projects by getting the benefit of all the modern ICT resources and technology that we have at GWPS.
